Today the Albanese Government can reveal the permanent location of the new Northern Adelaide Veterans’ and Families Hub.

The Hub will be established in Elizabeth Vale, South Australia, by Lives Lived Well, as part of the government’s ongoing commitment to ensure veterans can better access the support they need, closer to home.

Located close to RAAF Base Edinburgh, the expansion of the Hub network into Adelaide’s northern suburbs will see almost 11,000 local veterans and families access improved specialist services close to home.

The Hub will be conveniently located within the Playford Health and Wellbeing Precinct connecting to a range of additional allied health and complementary services. It also features dedicated car parking, ensuring easy access to the Hub

Veterans’ and Families’ Hubs provide access to a range of services including for mental and physical health, advocacy, employment, financial, housing and transition support, as well as referrals to other health and veteran service providers.

Lives Lived Well is leading the Northern Adelaide Hub’s development and is working with the local community to ensure the Hub meets the needs of local veterans, families and serving defence members.

The Northern Adelaide Hub, expected to be up and running in mid 2025, is part of the Australian Government’s $46.7 million commitment to establish eight new Veterans’ and Families’ Hubs across the country, to ensure even more veterans and families can access support closer to home.
