The Hon Warren Snowdon MP was appointed as the Minister for Veterans' Affairs and Minister for Defence Science and Personnel on 14 September 2010. He is also the Minister for Indigenous Health and the Minister Assisting the Prime Minister on the Centenary of Anzac.

As Minister for Veterans' Affairs, he oversees income support, compensation, care and commemoration programs for more than 400,000 veterans and their widows, widowers and dependants.
